Our Forest School Holiday Clubs
Our popular Ofsted registered holiday club runs at Whistlewood Common near Melbourne in the beautiful South Derbyshire countryside. Aimed at children of school age (5-11) our sessions run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays throughout the school holidays. We are also currently trialling an option for slightly older children on Thursdays which is open to 9-14 year olds.
We are also offer selected dates at other sites when we can.
Led by qualified Forest School leaders our holiday clubs provide lots of fun to keep children entertained during school holidays. Activities include shelter building, pond dipping, bug hunting, nature crafts, fire-lighting and much more. Sessions are planned to be child led so we often find ourselves doing something unexpected! We offer two session times to suit the needs of families which are either 9am - 3pm at a cost of £37.50 per child or 8.30am - 4pm at £50. See below for details of our upcoming sessions.

Booking multiple children - Please indicate how many children you are booking for by using the drop down arrow at the bottom of the booking page - if only 1 is showing then only one place is available and you will be unable to add siblings later. Please note that entering names into the boxes doesn't change the number of places.
Tax Free Childcare / Childcare Vouchers - You can pay with these methods by selecting the "Offline / Manual payment" option on the payment page and transferring your payment immediately. Vouchers do not arrive in our bank account immediately so we allow 5 days to be received but the system will automatically cancel the place if payment is not received in this time so please don't wait!
Extended Day - You can now add the additional hours (8.30am - 4pm) at the bottom of the booking page so that you can pay for everything in one go. Please note that we will not be able to offer this option at short notice due to staffing levels
Cancellation Policy - We regret that we are unable to offer refunds after a place has been booked although we will endeavour to offer an alternative date within the same block subject to availability. All amendments to bookings will incur a £5 admin fee including changes to named attendee to cover the time taken to make changes
