Tree Tots

Our stay and play sessions offer an hour and a half of forest school fun for parents / carers to enjoy with their child.

Run by fully qualified Forest School leaders, our stay and play sessions offer a range of play "stations" for children to explore with the security of knowing that their parent / carer is close by. The unique child-centered ethos of Forest school means that children will be encouraged to follow their own interests and the role of adults will be to facilitate this. Regular experiences are likely to include playing in our mud kitchen, creating works of art using natural materials, making dens, bug hunting and messy play. We often do a snack on the camp fire but feel free to bring your own for when we don't. Each session will end with 10 minutes of singing time around our log circle. The number of places will be limited so booking is essential.

Wednesdays 10 - 11.30am

At Whistlewood Common, Melbourne - a beautiful 10 acre site in the South Derbyshire Countryside. You can block book the full half term and get one week free when compared to paying weekly.

A limited number of reduced price places are available for those on low incomes or in foster care, please contact us for details.

Booking closes on Monday evening for the Wednesday session to ensure that we can plan effectively.  Please note that we do not offer refunds or date changes unless 7 full days notice is  given prior to the date of attendance.
