Good news! Tree Tots will be restarting at Whistlewood Common near Melbourne on 28th April 2021.
Our stay and play sessions offer an hour and a half of forest school fun for parents / carers to enjoy with their child.
Run by fully qualified Forest School leaders, our stay and play sessions offer a range of play "stations" for children to explore with the security of knowing that their parent / carer is close by. The unique child-centered ethos of Forest school means that children will be encouraged to follow their own interests and the role of adults will be to facilitate this. Regular experiences are likely to include playing in our mud kitchen, creating works of art using natural materials, making dens, bug hunting and messy play, feel free to bring a snack. Each session will end with 10-15 minutes of singing time around our log circle. The number of places will be limited so booking is essential.
